With dog Moran in prison, Al Catone tries to take over his rival's turf, centering his attention on the charity lottery organized by the Cheese and Peace army. His threats make the frightened volunteers in charge of the lottery award him second prize as a tribute. When the Untouchables find out, they come to help the volunteers. Their assistance is rejected however, the volunteers accusing the Untouchables of having cleared the way for Catone through Moran's arrest.
