The arrival of a large shipment of old army weapons at a weaponry dump in Cheesecago brings about an unusual meeting between the city's two most powerful mobsters: Al Catone and Dog Moran. Dog Moran proposes that he and his rival collaborate is stealing the weapons. Catone doesn't look upon the operation favorably, however, alleging that if they make off with the military hardware, the United Mice of America Army itself would come down on the city. Enraged, Moran takes Catone's negative as a declaration of war between the two...
