Episode Description:
Elections of the student council president! (Kenichi stands for the elections): Kenichi stands for elections of student council president. Kemumaki forces Kenichi to make promises which he can't fulfill. So Hattori plays the same tricks on Kemumaki.
Underground hideout! (Scary cats will go home): Shinzo, Shishimaru, and Kenichi stay in a secret hideout to be saved from the cold. Kio and Kemumaki get to know about the place and chase them out. But Hattori seals the gateway to the hideout.
