When Tsubaki tells that Naigus asked her to stop using the Enchanted Sword Mode, Black Star decides to challenge Kid in a duel, but his soul force attack fails to activate. Kid eventually wins the battle, and Black Star starts training again. Meanwhile, Medusa feels that Crona is no longer useful enough to be kept alive, and Arachne discovers the hideout of Asura.
