They encounter Mustang Sally, a mutant seahorse and member of the East River Three, at a pump station. Leonardo and Mustang Sally engage in battle, but the pump station is soon surrounded by armed police officers led by Officer Hauser. As the building is ambushed, Pete speaks for the first time, and with Leonardo, escapes the pump station just before Sally successfully takes it down and floods the Natural History Museum.
