Rudi & Trudi Episode 10 The Great Magic Carpet Race Episode Title: The Great Magic Carpet Race Episode Description: As Rudi and Trudi are flying over the desert, they are knocked out of the sky by a passing magic carpet. A young man called Ali rushes over to apologise and to explain that he is testing out his magic carpet before the big magic carpet race. The winner will get a thousand gold pieces and the hand of the Sultan's daughter in marriage. There is a lot of competition for first place (including Rudi who is determined to prove that he can fly faster than a carpet), but none more so than from Mustapha, a dastardly opponent who is also determined to marry the princess. What Ali doesn't know is that Mustapha has a genie to help him cheat. Before the race begins the Princess gives a love token to Ali and wishes him luck. As the race starts, the contestants are knocked out one by one in very suspicious circumstances until the only competitors left are Mustapha, Ali who is flying with Trudi, and Rudi who is still in the race.
