The remaining forces of AST take refuge on Fraxinus, where they are received by Kotori. In the occasion, they recognize Kannazuki as a former member and the most skilled pilot of AST, and are surprised that Kotori managed to keep him under control despite his antics. Meanwhile, Westcott uses Nibelcolle to subdue Shido, but he is rescued by Miku and Natsumi. Thanks to Beelzebub's omniscience, Westcott easily evades Shido's attacks, until Shido manages to defeat him by using an improvised attack to surprise him...
