Fuuko reveals that another factor to her ability is how much she likes the person. Hearing this, Andy decides to keep her alive for as long as possible. Andy later reveals that the agents that attacked them were members of a covert group called "the Union". As the two are leaving town, two Union agents attack them. Fuuko is trapped by one of the agents named Shen, while the other agent suddenly paralyzes Andy's body. Andy deduces that this agent's ability is Unavoidable. Meanwhile, Fuuko realizes that both of these agents are Negators and asks why they are not hunted as well...
