George and Harold attempt to boost their grades so that their parents will let them attend summer camp at Lake Summer Camp. Melvin-Borg makes a competition named the Advancimals (which is named after a cartoon) Their assignment is to teach a rat (Ratrick) to do something that is the best in the competition, but Ratrick is sad to do anything and makes a comic about his feelings which George and Harold don't get. And then Ratrick runs into the sewers...
