In Heaven, Kuku takes Tokio into an incubator room filled with babies. However, they have no features, only concentric circles on their faces and strange appendages instead of legs. When Tokio approaches a baby, an alarm goes off but they manage to escape detection. The adults run the facility with the aid of Mina, the AI which controls its functions, and they monitor the activities of the children, including their amorous feelings towards each other. Later, Tokio visits her friend Tarao, who is dying from an ailment, and he tells her to escape as the facility is dangerous...
