Episode Description:
There is a costume party held at the Goh-Rong restaurant, and Pucca has made a Garu costume for herself, and a flower costume for Garu. Unfortunately, Garu cannot move while in the costume. Tobe crashes the party and secretly targets Pucca dressed as Garu, but when he attacks, is shocked to find that "Garu" has become a much better martial artist. Pucca reveals her costume, and Tobe spies Garu in his flower costume and proceeds to make fun of it, to which Pucca is not amused.
