When the Silver Ranger lands on Earth, he explains he was captured and forced to create 9 Dino Chargers, but Riley's suspicion soon reveals the truth, including a secret about the Silver Ranger no one expected. Meanwhile, Shelby is ecstatic when the N-Zed Boys come to Amber Beach to recruit a new member, leaving Tyler jealous of the attention she gets from the Lead Singer.
