Carl suggests his method called the South Bronx Paradise Diet in which he simply eats "special candy bars," dropping more pounds. Frylock recommends the regular healthy solution, and challenges Carl to a wager to see who can lose more weight than the other. Shake wants to be part of the bet when he hears what the winner gets, but they all tell him he has no part in it. He then tries to cause Meatwad to lose by tempting him with sweets and causing problems, while Carl drops weight with utmost ease.
