MAD Season 2 Episode 16 Twilight: Staking Dawn / Cookie Blue >Cookie Monster is recruited to the Toronto police department. His first assignment is a bakery robbery. He then begins to look in a street called Crime Alley for suspects, and finds a guy hiding in a trash can whom he thinks is a Canadian equivalent of Oscar the Grouch and try force-feeding the man garbage, thus forcing the guy to confess to the robbery.
