To make matters worse, Rogue soon appears and knocks Mega Man unconscious. Within Geo's psyche, he encounters the sword thrust into the ground. In an allusion to The Sword in the Stone, Geo is able to pull the sword from the ground, awaken, and take control the Thunder Zerker form to defeat Rogue. Meanwhile, Dark Phantom finds that, unfortunately, the pyramid holds no treasure.
