Episode Title:Herr Dr. Tenma.Episode Description:Dr. Kenzo Tenma, Chief neurosurgeon at the Eisler Memorial Hospital in Düsseldorf, carries out a successful neurosurgery on a famous opera singer, but the hospital Director Heinmann takes the credit. Later Dr. Tenma is saddened when he discovers that an operation on a Turkish patient was given a lower priority and subsequently died. Days later, Dr. Tenma is called in to remove a bullet from the head of Johan, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Liebert who were shot dead in their home. His twin sister Anna is also admitted, apparently in a state of severe shock with post-traumatic amnesia, muttering the words "kill... him". When Dr. Tenma is about to commence the operation, he is called away by Dr. Becker on instructions from the director to start surgery on Mayor Roedecker, a potentially large donor, however Dr. Tenma chooses to ignore the order.
