The Fat Controller assigns Oliver to deliver some goods needed for the winter festival, frustrating him even more. Oliver skids on the icy tracks and crashes into a large snowman, forcing him and Toad to spend the night in the stuff. The next morning, the children dress Oliver up as a snow engine.
