The Tribunal blackmails the label-sent producer into spying on them. Dick Knubbler hears the band, and turns on the Tribunal to become the band's permanent producer. After nearly 5 months of recording, the album is finished. Dick ascends from the submarine in a submersible, he is attacked by a giant seahorse that was mutated by the submarine's radiation, forcing him to rush to the surface without depressurizing causing his eyes to burst out of their sockets.
