Gomamon runs away from his home upon learning that Joe finds himself unable to perform missions as the Digi-Chosen. Mimi sees Meiko in her uniform and decides to work at the restaurant with her, being the only ones to have the same uniform designed by Mimi. Both are a hit at the restaurant, but it's Meiko who draws the crowd. The Digimon make Leomon go to town where they enter a frighteningly cute costumed contest, which worries the DigiDestined. Matt questions Tai and is intrigued as to why Omegamon's fusion was undone.
