Episode Description:
In direct retaliation for thwarting a criminal heist put on by Berserko and Rock Krusher, Big Boss orders Dr. BadVibes to do whatever it takes to tame Blitz, who helped Bowser in thwarting the heist, and get rid of him. So the mad scientist goes out and creates a dog whistle-like device which he uses to control Blitz, forcing him to ruin the efforts of the COPS team to perform their duties. Meanwhile Berserko forces Dr. Adams, the one who saved Blitz’s life years ago, to lie to Bulletproof and Bowser, telling them that Blitz must be dismantled because of a glitch found inside his body--not if Mainframe and Bowser, who knows for a fact that there’s nothing wrong with Blitz who cannot be controlled in a way Dr. BadVibes can control his robots, can help it.
