Nei explains to Kei that Mato is actually as big as the entire city of Tokyo, and there are 8 squads patrolling Mato. She also says that she, Kyouka and Himari will have to attend to a meeting outside the dorm, so Yuuki and Shushu will be left in charge in their absence...
