Himawari is involved in a ransom kidnapping case targeting her classmate Oska Kamakura, whose mother is a great actress. However, the mastermind behind her kidnapping, who learns that Himawari is her "Daughter of the Hokage," schemes to use Himawari to get even more profit from her. On the other hand, Kawaki finds out about the incident and works with Kae and Neon Asakusa, who are worried about the sunflowers, to find their whereabouts.
